Craft Lab Group (operated by Koushi Arita, "we", "us") provides the mobile application and web service "BOATCRAFT" (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle user information, including personal information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: invite code, user identifier
• Usage information: saved predictions, favorite racers, search history, tuning settings
• Device information: device type, OS version, app version, language
• Logs: access timestamps, IP address, crash reports

The Service does not collect directly identifying personal information such as real name, address, phone number, or credit card information.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
• User support and responding to inquiries
• Notifying users of new features, updates, and security information
• Analyzing usage to improve the Service
• Preventing fraudulent or abusive usage

3. Data Storage and Third Parties

Collected information is stored encrypted on cloud databases provided by Supabase, Inc. (USA). See https://supabase.com/privacy for Supabase's privacy policy.

We do not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:

• With the user's consent
• When required by law
• When the information has been processed into an anonymized or statistical form

4. Disclaimer Regarding Boat Racing Predictions

The Service provides predictions and analysis based on historical data and AI algorithms. It does not guarantee winning outcomes. The Service does not include functionality for purchasing wager tickets (舟券). If a user chooses to purchase wager tickets based on information from the Service, we bear no responsibility for the outcome. Please enjoy responsibly with appropriate money management.

In Japan, persons under 20 years old cannot purchase wager tickets. While the Service is informational in nature, we do not encourage persons under 20 to purchase wager tickets.

5. Data Retention

Upon user request to delete their account, related data will be deleted within 30 days. This does not apply to anonymized data used for statistical analysis.

6. Cookies and Tracking

The Service may use cookies and similar technologies for Service improvement. The Service does not serve tracking advertisements.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect collected information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 13.
